Our ultrasonic cleaning units are the result of our year-long experience in this specialised cleaning market for roller and parts cleaning. We build our units specifically to meet the requirements of the flexoprinter and coater.
Our main usage is for the cleaning of ceramic anilox rollers of all sizes, and our units are manufactured with this in mind. A roller-rotation (1-2RPM) is standard, as is an adjustable roller support to enable various roller sizes to be cleaned in the same US-bath. A modulated and time controlled ultrasonic energy source ensures that aniloxes and parts will not be damaged.
A liquid level control is standard to ensure no overheating of the unit if the liquid
level falls too far. Thermostatically controlled heating elements are installed to ensure the
correct and most applicable temperature of the cleaning liquid.
A pump and filter unit can be supplied if required
Naturally other parts can be cleaned in our units, for which reason we can supply a stainless wire basket. A lid is supplied as standard.
Standard sizes of our standardised bench-top units is as follows (inside L x B x D)
RollaKleen 28R – 500 x 300 x 200mm, for rollers with stubs up to 70mm didameter
RollaKleen 42R – 800 x 300 x 200mm, for rollers with stubs up to 70mm diameter
We also build larger units (up to 2500mm internal length) to meet the specific requirements of specialised coaters and flexo and gravure printers with larger printing and coating machinery. We require some more detailed technical information from you to be able to quote you for these.
We also manufacture wash units for machinery parts, which clean with hot water and cleaning fluids
