The initial idea for this system was to increase the mobility and flexibility of a testing and proofing system. With the CELLCHECK® system, not only aniloxes with diameters from 90 to 350 mm (3 ½ - to 12") can be checked in situ, but also a wide range of surface inspections can be carried out, without having to transport the goods to be inspected to a quality control area.
CELLCHECK® is constructed on the basis of a monocular microscope with a colour or b/w CCD-Camera. A wide selection of lighting methods, optics, enlargement factors and mounts, allow this unit, in all its variations, to be used in a large area of inspection uses.
To name just a few of the areas in which this unit can be used for the inspection, width and depth measurement of, for example, printed and coated surfaces, coatings, print substrates, silkscreens, offset and flexo plates, rotogravure engravings, all types of engravings, textiles, embossings, security print inspections, printed circuits, the list is endless
With the assistance of our specially developed software, installed on your computer, the inspection can be viewed and protocolled in a QI-System including storage of the photos and data measured during the inspection.
